For a reopening FAQ. Worcester Public Library cards are issued free of charge to all Massachusetts residents. Library cards will not be mailed.
Applicants must come into a WPL location of their choice to pick up their card by showing proof of current address. Applicants age twelve and above may register online; any applicant may use the paper form.
To apply for a library card, fill out the form below and click 'Submit' button. The Library card will be ready for pick up afternoon on the next business day except for Sundays. The library card has to be picked up within three weeks from the date of application.
